We look at your last 12 months of bills, your load profile, your rate structure, site conditions, utility rules and any grant or incentive fit. Then we show you the business case plainly, including the parts that don’t work in your favor. Your first meeting usually includes an initial design based on your load data, since that’s what drives the economics. The design isn’t finalized until we’ve visited the site and confirmed the numbers hold up.

Engineering & procurement

Once the numbers make sense, the design has to match the site you actually have, not a generic layout. We work through equipment selection, layout, structural requirements, electrical design, procurement timing and any interconnection requirements specific to your location. Nothing gets ordered until the design accounts for what’s really there: roof condition, ground constraints, service size, access.

Construction & commissioning

This is where details either hold up or don’t. Crews need safe access, a sequence that makes sense for the site, and quality checks at every stage, not just at the end. We communicate clearly through the build so there are no surprises on either side. Commissioning is the final check: confirming the system is installed properly, performing as designed, and ready to work before we call it done.
